摘要
由于在职人员学习能力与基础不同、可分配时间十分有限,传统教学方式难以保证成人组织胚胎学教学效果。结合MOOC的慕课教学与传统面授教学方式优势,创建一种混合教学模式,通过课前设计、课堂交流以及课后反馈评价三个环节来保证成人临床班的教学效果。
Because of the different learning ability and foundation, and the limited allocation of time, the traditional way of teaching is difficult to guarantee the adult histology & embryology teaching effect. Combined with the MOOC and traditional teaching, paper puts forward a hybrid teaching model, which includes three links of the course of design, classroom communication and feedback after class to ensure this adult clinical class teaching effect.
