摘要
见义勇为一直以来都是中华民族的优良传统,但近年来,随着各种客观原因的不断出现,使得见义勇为遭到了前所未有的质疑。通过调查,笔者发现很多人在进行见义勇为之前,总是要综合思考自身的利益,不到迫不得已的情况,大多数人还是愿意采取旁观手段。其实,出现这些现象的原因,归根结底,还是国家没有在政策方面对见义勇为做出明确的规定。现笔者就结合自身所学知识,对见义勇为行为的民法保护进行粗浅的分析,希望能够起到"抛砖引玉"的作用。
Help others for a just cause is the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, but in recent years, with the appearance of various objective reasons, help others for a just cause met with unprecedented challenge. Through the investigation, the author found that many people before help others for a just cause, to the comprehensive thinking about their own interests, not a necessity, most people are willing to take on the sidelines. In fact, the reasons for these phenomena, at the end of the day, or countries do not have to make clear rules in policy. Now it is combined with their own knowledge, to conduct civil law protection of superficial analysis, hope to be able to play the role of "introduction".
