摘要
通过对江西省赣州市的五大高校和赣州市打网球的参与者进行访谈和问卷的形式进行调查,对赣州市网球运动开展现状进行详细的分析研究。结果表明,制约赣州市网球开展的因素主要有场地不足,师资缺乏,竞赛制度不完善,管理部分组织不合理,个人经济支持等,并就此问题提出可行性的建议和对策,这样可以有效推动网球运动在赣州市持续、健康、有序的发展,对赣州市的网球运动发展有着现实意义。
In this paper, through interviews and questionnaire survey form, investigated the five university and Ganzhou city of Jiangxi province Ganzhou city tennis participants, Detailed analysis was carried out on the status quo of Ganzhou city tennis sports research. Results show that are the major factors restricting Ganzhou city tennis to carry out the space is insufficient, lack of teachers, imperfect competition system, the management part of the organization is not reasonable, personal economic support, etc., and put forward feasible Suggestions and countermeasures on this issue, so that we can effectively promote the tennis sports in Ganzhou city sustainable, healthy and orderly development, has a practical significance on the tennis sport development of Ganzhou city.
