摘要
人力,是企业生存与发展必不可少的资源,是企业一切经营活动正常开展的基础。目前企业发展面临各种生存压力,竞争愈演愈烈,如何转变传统的人事管理,加强企业人力资源管理,提高人力资源工作的有效性,提高组织绩效,提高企业核心竞争力,成为了企业不可逃避的重要课题。
Human resources, is the enterprise survival and the development essential resources, is the foundation of the enterprise all business activities conducted.
