摘要
随着社会的发展,近几年社会企业对日语人才的需求越来越大。为了适应当今时代社会企业的用人需求,培养出适应社会需求的"复合型"日语人才,成了高职商务日语专业的重要培养目标。本文利用"共同学习"的原理,结合关键性的《基础日语》课程,进行了探讨和实践改革。
With the development of the society, social enterprises in recent years, the demand for Japanese talent is more and more big. In order to meet the demand of choose and employ persons of present social enterprise, cultivate a "compound" of the Japanese talent to adapt to the social demand, has become important training goal of higher vocational business Japanese majors. In this paper, by using the principle of "common learning", combining with the key of the curriculum, Japanese are discussed in this paper and practice reform.
