摘要
教师的绩效评价是高校人力资源管理的核心内容,是提升高校管理水平的具体手段。本文凝练出了教学型高校教师绩效评价的现状及存在的问题,从制度、执行、反馈三个层面给出了合理化的对策建议。
Teachers' performance appraisal is the core content of human resource management in colleges and universities, is to improve the management level of specific measures. This article concise out of the performance evaluation of teachers in teaching oriented college, from the status quo and existing problems, from three aspects: system, execution, feedback, reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions are given.
