摘要
高职院校作为培养英语人才的重要基地之一,在英语教学中除了需要学生掌握语言知识外,还应该养成良好的个性素质。文章提出了当前英语教学现状,分析了素质教育如何在高职英语教学中和教师队伍中渗透。
High Vocational colleges are the important bases for training English talents. In addition to master the language knowledge, the students should develop good personality quality in English teaching. This paper puts up the present situation of English teaching, and analyzes the method of quality education penetrating in High Vocational College English teaching and teachers.
