学生工作已经成为学校工作的关键构成部分,是"教"与"学"活动的基础,是学生有序学习和生活的重要保障。学生工作,从某种程度上讲属管理范畴,管理目的是效率,核心是学生,管理的方法与艺术将决定学生工作的成败。一名优秀的学生工作者,应该是深邃的思想者、精明的组织者、科学的决断者、贤明的举才者、成功的激励者和有效的协调者,而这一切都需以管理学知识为基础。
The student work has become the key part of school work,is the basis of 'teaching' and 'learning' activities,is the important guarantee of orderly students learning and life.Student work,to some extent is a management category,the management goal is efficiency,the core is the student,management methods and art will determine the success or failure of the student work.An excellent student workers,should be a deep thinker,savvy organizers,scientific decision—making,a wise move,incentive and effective coordination of success,and all this must be based on the knowledge of management.
