摘要
"一带一路"倡议为合作发展模式的创新计划,能够推进企业经济发展,本文从推进汽车行业发展、提升企业竞争力、优化跨文化管理质量,明确了"一带一路"倡议的企业应用意义,从营造应用型汽车人才培养氛围、提高"一带一路"倡议的重视程度、优化人才选拔管理制度、健全人才培养机制、建立激励机制,对人才培养模式的构建策略进行了分析。
The Belt and Road initiative plan for cooperation development mode innovation,to promote economic development of enterprises,this article from the auto industry development,promote the competitiveness of the enterprise,optimize the quality of cross-cultural management,has been clear about the strategic significance of enterprise application all the way,from the applied auto talent training atmosphere,improve the area along the strategic emphasis,optimization of selecting talents management system,and improve the mechanism of talent training,establish incentive mechanism,to build the cultivation model of strategy are analyzed.
