基于“三全育人”理念的高校班主任育人工作战略定位研究 被引量:6

摘要 "三全育人"以围绕"育人"为核心点,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。在其过程中班主任作为专业教师,从专业教育和思政教育的视角,都能够在"三全育人"教育中发挥关键、精准作用。因此,本文分析内外部竞争环境和竞争条件的态势,针对高校班主任育人面临的内外部机遇与挑战,制定优势-机会、劣势-机会、优势-威胁、劣势-威胁战略,探索提升班主任育人效果的具体路径。 Based on the core point of'educatingpeople','three-all-round education'trains socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and hard work.In its process,the head teacher,as a professional teacher,from the perspective of professional education and ideological and political education,can play a key and accurate role in the'three-all education'education.Therefore,this paper analyzes the situation of internal and external competitive environment and competitive conditions,and formulates strengths-opportunities,weaknesses-opportunities,strengths-threats,weaknesses-threats strategies,aiming at the internal and external opportunities and challenges faced by head teachers in colleges and universities.Explore the specific path to improve the effect of teacher-in-charge education.
