摘要
要重视本科教育,人才培养是关键。以地方应用型本科高校河南城建学院的生物技术专业为例,通过人才培养方案修订,实习实训基地建设,双师型人才培养等途径,初步构建了适合河南城建学院生物技术专业的"3+X"人才培养模式。
To attach importance to undergraduate education,talent training is the key.Taking the biotechnology major of Henan University of Urban Construction as an example,a'3+X'talent training model suitable for the biotechnology major of Henan University of Urban Construction is preliminarily established through the talent training program revision,the construction of practical training base,and the cultivation of double-qualified talents.
