摘要
自媒体时代,高校思想政治工作队伍在自媒体实践的过程中存在着思想引领的自觉性不强、不能将自媒体与传统思想政治工作形式有效融合等问题,这背后是思想政治工作队伍理论素养不强、媒介素养不高以及力量薄弱等原因,本文从增强思政工作队伍的自媒体应对能力、自媒体驾驭能力和想政治工作合力三大方面,探讨自媒体时代加强高校思想政治工作队伍建设。
