摘要
在如今的大数据时代,网络的发达不仅为民众在生活上提供了便利,也为大家提供了一个行使话语权的平台,近几年,自媒体的发展更是推动了公众舆论时代的到来。但随着自媒体的不断壮大,"网络暴力"和"网络暴民"这两个词汇也成为了生活热词。网络暴力的产生主要与社会矛盾激化、网络固有风险特点、网民心理的群体极化、网友素质问题与网民年轻化以及媒体人的道德缺失等方面有关。针对网络暴力愈演愈烈的问题,应从提高网民素质、加强网络立法与监管和树立自媒体的责任意识这三方面来进行解决。
In today’s big data era, the development of the Internet not only provides convenience for people in their lives,but also provides a platform for people to exercise their right to speak. In recent years, the development of 'we media' has promoted the arrival of the era of public opinion. However, with the continuous growth of 'we media', 'network violence' and'network mob' have become hot words in daily life. The emergence of Internet violence is mainly related to the intensification of social conflicts, the inherent risk characteristics of the Internet, the polarization of Internet users’ psychology, the quality of Internet users, the youth of Internet users and the lack of morality of media people. To solve the problem of Internet violence,we should improve the quality of Internet users, strengthen network legislation and supervision, and establish the sense of responsibility of 'we media'.
