摘要
民办高校借助高校大扩招的机遇迅速发展和崛起并成为高等教育大众化的重要力量。其会计专业因近些年毕业生就业率排名靠前每年有大量考试蜂拥而至,导致在校生规模居高不下,为了让这些学生在每年的就业市场中脱颖而出,应该通过优化课程设置、转变实践教学培养理念、改善师资队伍、突出实践教学环节等措施来解决民办高校会计专业办学同质化现象严重等问题来培养学生的综合能力,从而提升人才培养的质量特色。
By virtue of the great opportunities of college expansion of enrollment,non-governmental colleges and universities are burgeoning and have become significant forces in higher education massification.Accounting speciality in private colleges,thanks to top-ranking graduate employment rate,owns a mass of number of undergraduates.In order to make students stand out in employment market,it is advised to foster students’comprehensive capabilities and develop quality and characteristics of talent cultivation by solutions as optimizing course setting,transforming practical teaching ideas of education,strengthening teachers’training,stressing practical teaching training and so on so as to resolve severe schoolrunning homogenization phenomenon in accounting speciality at non-governmental colleges.
