摘要
高校学生在毕业时面临的竞争越来越大,民办贫困学生的就业问题更不容忽视。通过对某独立学院2017届毕业生进行问卷调查,结合相关数据对贫困生的就业进行SWOT分析,以期为贫困学生的就业提供帮助。
College students are facing more and more fierce competition when they are graduate.The employment problem of poverty-stricken student from independent college should not be ignored.Through questionnaire survey of 2017 graduates of an independent college and SWOT analysis of employment competence of poverty-stricken students,it is expected to provide help for employment of poverty-stricken students.
