摘要
通过分析艺术类高校学生思想前卫活跃,交友半径较窄,专业成就感强烈等特点,初步提出了艺术类高校思政教育工作队伍和途径,包括发挥专业教师的"双导师"作用,发挥思政教师的"主攻手"作用,院系学生管理工作者整合大数据信息、为学生创造"干中学"客观条件等,以期能够按照习近平总书记"因事而化,因时而进,因势而新"的总体要求,将艺术类高校的学生思政教育工作落到实处。
