摘要
随着时代高速的发展,高校党建工作面临着新机遇新挑战,这需要党建工作者不断摸索和创新党建新模式。教师党支部对学生党支部的教育和引导成为党建工作的重要抓手。教师党支部与学生党支部共建活动同时也是新时期高校扎实推进党建工作的必然趋势。班导师肩负着教工党员以及学生党支部书记双重身份,在党支部共建中起到了至关重要的作用。本文主要以班导师在师生党支部共建工作中的作用发挥为切入点,探索党支部共建的创新模式。
With the rapid development of the era,Party construction in universities is encountering new opportunities and new challenges,which requires Party constructors to keep exploring and innovating new models of Party construction.Teacher’s Party branch plays important role in the education and guidance to student’s Party branch,what’s more,the cooperation of teacher’s Party branch and student’s Party branch in Party construction is also the inexorable trend during the propelling of Party construction in new age.Shouldering dual identities of teacher Party member and Secretary of student Party branch,tutor of each class plays great important role in the co-construction of Party branches.This paper takes the role of class tutors playing in the co-construction of Party branches as entry point to explore the innovation model and mechanism of coconstruction of Party branches.
