不同CO_2浓度长期培养玉米秸秆对土壤腐殖质组成和胡敏酸结构特征的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Different CO_2 Concentrations on Humus Composition and Structural Characteristics of Humic Acid under Long-term Corn Stalk Incubation

摘要 通过室内模拟试验,采用元素分析和红外光谱等技术手段,研究添加玉米秸秆1 440 d后,不同CO_2浓度培养条件下,玉米秸秆对水稻土腐殖质组成和胡敏酸结构特征的影响。试验共设6个处理:CO_2浓度分别为48%~52%(C)、8%~12%(F)和<2%(G)添加秸秆的处理及不同CO_2浓度条件下不添加秸秆的对照,分别记为CKC、CKF、CKG。结果表明:在培养1 440 d后,不同CO_2浓度条件下,秸秆处理的土壤有机碳(SOC)和腐殖质各组分有机碳(水溶性碳、富里酸、胡敏酸、胡敏素)含量均高于对照,且在F处理下最高; PQ值的大小顺序是F> C> G;与对照相比,玉米秸秆培养1 440 d H/C和2920/1620增加,(O+S)/C下降,也是F处理最明显。上述结果表明:8%~12%CO_2浓度有利于土壤HA的形成和稳定;有利于降低土壤HA结构的缩合度和氧化度,增加脂族链烃比例。 In the past,more studies have been conducted on the changes of soil humus formation under short-term incubation of corn stalk with different CO2 concentrations,but there have been few studies on HA structure of soil after long-term decomposition of stalk. By elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy,indoor simulation experiment was conducted to study the effects of different CO2 concentrations on humus composition and structural characteristics of humic acid after 1 440 d corn stalk incubation. The experiment included six treatments: stalk adding treatments under CO2 concentrations of 48% ~ 52% ( C) ,8% ~ 12% ( F) and < 2% ( G) ,respectively,and no stalk adding control groups under each CO2 concentration which were named CKC,CKF and CKG,respectively. The results show that: After 1 440 d,soil organic carbon ( SOC) and fraction of humic substances ( WSS,FA,HA,HM) treated with corn stalk incubation under different CO2 concentrations were higher than the control,and the highest was in F treatment. The order of the value of PQ was F > C> G. Compared with the control,the ratio of the H/C and 2920 /1620 were increased and the O/C ratio was decreased with corn stalk incubation after 1 440 d,and F treatment was also the most obvious. The above results indicate that the CO2 concentration of 8%~ 12% was favorable to the formation and stability of HA,to the condensation and oxidation degree and to the proportion of aliphatic chain hydrocarbon of soil HA.
