《高等职业院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进指导方案(试行)》强调,高职院校"要在建立教学工作诊断与改进制度基础上,构建网络化、全覆盖、具有较强预警功能和激励作用的内部质量保证体系",其中提及的"预警功能"指的是什么?内部质量保证体系为何要具备较强的预警功能?这一功能应体现在哪些方面?又该如何去实现?文章主要围绕上述问题展开分析。
'Guidelines for the Diagnose and Improvement of Internal Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges(Trial)' emphasizes that higher vocational colleges must build a network full coverage, and have early warning function based on the establishment of a teaching diagnose and improvement system.
