摘要
为加强对4S店的管理,提升服务质量,众多汽车企业对其4S店进行各种评比及管理绩效评价,通过奖励政策激励4S店提高管理水平,并针对各4S店在14项评比考核指标中的得分情况,建立相应的对4S店评价及奖励模型.设定具体算法,将题设中所有项定性评定指标转换成10分制.采用层次分析法,计算各评比指标在考核中所占权值,结合55家4S店在14项考核指标中的得分数据,求得各4S店的综合评比得分和对应得分排名.给出55家4S店每个季度以及年度评比结果.
In order to strengthen the 4 S shop management,improve service quality,many automobile enterprises of various appraisal and management performance evaluation of the 4 S shop,4 S shops to improve the management level through reward incentives,for scores of various 4 S shops in the 14 rating assessment indicators,and established the corresponding 4 S shops for evaluation and reward model. Set a specific algorithm,the problem set all the qualitative evaluation index into 10 points. Using the analytic hierarchy process( AHP),calculate the evaluation index in the assessment of weight,with the score data in the annex to the 55 4 S shops in the 14 assessment indicators,calculated4 S shops comprehensive assessment score and its corresponding score ranking. Given 55 4 S shops each quarterly and annual appraisal results.
