摘要
大众创业、万众创新的趋势下,大学生创业孵化器作为帮助大学生创新创业的重要服务平台起到了关键性的作用,本文将以广州HR学院为例,探究创业孵化器近况,了解高校大学生创业孵化器运营服务管理现状,研究讨论大学生创业孵化器服务管理目前存在的优势与不足,进一步探讨并提出相关的改进建议和措施,从而完善创业管理中大学生创业孵化器的服务管理模式。
With the background of popular entrepreneurship and innovation,helping the college students to start their business,the college students’entrepreneurship incubation base is the emphasis and key position as an innovation services platform.From this article,it will study the case of Guangzhou HR College in order to learn more about the entrepreneurship incubation base of HR College,moreover,to research the situation about the college students’operation in their base as well as to find out the shortages and the excellent points in the operation of entrepreneurship incubation base services.In conclusion,this article will put forward the suggestions for revising and making an improvement of operating the college students’entrepreneurship incubation base services.
