摘要
大学生党员在学习型院系建设中的能动作用有着举足轻重的地位。本文从大学生党员在学习型院系建设中所发挥的能动作用的重要意义角度出发,对现阶段大学生党员群体能动作用进行了探讨。从大学生党员群体的自身因素、社会因素、家庭因素以及高效因素分析了影响其能动作用发挥不足的原因。为使大学生党员的能动作用在学习型院系建设中得以高效发挥,从其自身角度与高校角度给出了相应的对策以确保学习型院系的顺利建设。
College Students' Party members play an important role in the construction of learning oriented faculties. In this paper, from the perspective of the active role of college student party members in the construction of learning oriented colleges and departments, this paper discusses the active role of college student party members at the present stage. From the self factors, social factors, family factors and effective factors of College Students' Party members, the reasons for their active roles are analyzed. In order to make the active role of college students in the construction of learning oriented departments to play a high efficiency, from their own point of view and the University of the corresponding measures to ensure the smooth construction of the learning institute.
