摘要
大学生就业问题不仅仅是简单的社会劳动力市场上的供需不平衡问题,也有着与毕业生就业意向与社会需求相矛盾冲突的复杂原因。本文通过对大学生就业观的调查研究以及对当今就业形势的调查,分析了信管专业大学毕业生的就业意向与影响他们就业的因素。
The problem about the employment of undergraduates is not only a simple supply and demand imbalance in the social labor market,but also with the complex causes of conflicts between the employment intentions of undergraduates and the social needs.Through the investigations and researches on the employment views of undergraduates and the current employment situation,this paper analyzes the employment intentions of undergraduates in Information Management and Information System major and the factors affecting their employment.
