CT与MR技术在颈动脉狭窄和粥样硬化斑块诊断中应用比较

摘要 目的:比较CT与MR技术在颈动脉狭窄和粥样硬化斑块诊断中应用效果。方法:选取脑血管缺血性疾病患者90例,为其分别开展多排螺旋CT以及MR检查,比较两种检查方式的诊断结果。结果:在纤维斑块和混合斑块的检出率上,MR方法高于CT,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MR检查的钙化斑块检出率低于CT检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方式的动脉狭窄检出率差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:在颈动脉狭窄和粥样硬化斑块诊断中CT和MR技术均具有良好的诊断效果,但相较于CT检查,MR检查对粥样斑块的检出效果更为明显。
