摘要
目的:对多层螺旋CT不同重建方法在骨关节创伤中的应用效果进行比较。方法:选取2015年2月到2016年2月期间收治的行多层螺旋CT二维、三维重建方案检查的骨关节创伤患者62例作为研究对象。对本组患者CT进行分析,与多层螺旋CT不同重建方案的结果进行结合,对患者进行初步诊断,后展开随访,对骨关节创伤疾病在不同重建方案下的诊断价值进行分析。结果:对本组患者分别应用多层螺旋CT重建方案,发现三维重建方案效果优于二维重建方案,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断骨关节创伤性疾病方面应用多层螺旋CT,可以显示出骨关节部位,加快诊断速度,提高诊断准确性,对患者进行及时且准确的治疗,利于患者减轻痛苦,值得推广应用。
Objective:To compare the application effects of different methods of multi-slice spiral CT in osteoarthrosis.Methods:From February 2015 to February 2016,62 cases of osteoarthrosis trauma treated with multislice spiral CT(MSCT)were selected as the study subjects.Analysis of this group of patients with CT,with the result of multislice CT reconstruction scheme of different combination of preliminary diagnosis for the patient,after a follow-up,to joint trauma disease in the diagnostic value of different reconstruction scheme is analyzed.Result:Multislice spiral CT reconstruction was applied to the patients in this group,and it was found that the effect of 3 dreconstruction was superior to that of 2 dreconstruction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traumatic disease in the diagnosis of joint application of multislice CT,can show of bone,speed up the diagnosis,improve the diagnostic accuracy,for the treatment of patients with timely and accurate for patients relieve the pain,is worthy of popularization and application.
