摘要
目的:探讨电针配合中药熏蒸治疗颈型眩晕临床效果。方法:将我院2015年1月至2017年1月间收治的颈型眩晕患者120例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=60)以及对照组(n=60)。对照组采取电针治疗,研究组在此基础上配合中药熏蒸治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(96.67%)较对照组(86.67%)更高,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合中药熏蒸治疗颈型眩晕临床效果较优,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electro acupuncture combined with fumigation of Chinese medicine in treating cervical vertigo.Methods:120 cases of cervical vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with electro acupuncture,while the study group was treated with fumigation of Chinese medicine on this basis.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro acupuncture combined with fumigation of Chinese medicine is effective in treating cervical vertigo,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
