摘要
目的:探析盆腔肿物鉴别诊断采用声辐射力脉冲成像(ARFI)与超声造影的效果。方法:将常规诊断方式、超声造影结合ARFI运用在本院50例盆腔肿物患者诊断中,对比上述三种诊断方式的价值。结果:联合诊断的有效性显著高于常规诊断,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:超声造影与ARFI应用于盆腔肿物中具有较高的鉴别诊断价值,可使盆腔肿物鉴别诊断的精准度有效提高。
Objective:To explore the effect of acoustic radiation force pulse imaging(ARFI)and ultrasound contrast in the differential diagnosis of pelvic mass.Methods:In the diagnosis of 50 patients with pelvic mass in our hospital,the value of the three diagnostic methods was compared with the routine diagnosis,ultrasound contrast and ARFI.Result:The effectiveness ofthe combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of the conventional diagnosis,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ARFI are of high value in the differential diagnosis of pelvic mass.the accuracy of differential diagnosis of pelvic masses can be improved effectively.
