摘要
目的:分析重症呼吸衰竭患者行综合护理干预的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月我院收治的84例重症呼吸衰竭患者,根据护理方法将其分为两组,各42例。研究组行综合护理干预,对照组行常规护理,对比护理效果。结果:研究组患者肺功能各项指标优于对照组,治疗有效率及生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重症呼吸衰竭患者行综合护理干预疗效显著,安全性高,可改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods:84 cases of severe respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were divided into two groups according to the nursing methods,42 cases each.The study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the effect of nursing was compared.Result:The pulmonary function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,the effective rate and quality of life score were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe respiratory failure is effective and safe,and it can improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worth popularizing.
