摘要
目的:探讨肺癌手术患者护理中快速康复的效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年1月在我院接受手术治疗的肺癌患者共72例,将其分为对照组和护理组,每组36例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者术后恢复时间、术后并发症发生率和生活质量。结果:在本次研究中,护理组患者恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组患者VAS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为22.22%(8例);护理组并发症发生率为5.56%(2例),差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌患者手术治疗中,采用快速康复护理能够有效促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation in nursing patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 72 patients with lung cancer underwent surgical treatment from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group and nursing group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care.The patients were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery.The postoperative recovery time,postoperative complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:In this study,the recovery of the nursing group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The VAS score of the nursing group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 22.22%(8 cases).The complication rate of the nursing group was 5.56%(2 cases),the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of lung cancer patients,the use of rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,worthy of clinical promotion.
