摘要
目的:探究针对脑血栓患者采用辛伐他汀进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的脑血栓患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组(n=42)给予口服阿司匹林进针治疗,而研究组(n=42)在此基础上联合给辛伐他汀进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效、血浆Hcy水平、神经功能评分、血脂指标以及生存质量评分。结果:治疗前,两组患者血浆Hcy水平和神经功能评分、血脂指标(甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C))以及生存质量评分无明显差异,P>0.05。实施治疗后研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.23%,显著优于对照组的80.95%,P<0.05;研究组的神经功能和血浆Hcy水平、生存质量评分明显优于对照组,患者的血脂指标中TG、TC、LDL-C指标具有显著改善,较对照组优势显著,P<0.05,HDL-C指标改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:对于脑血栓患者采用辛伐他汀进行治疗,不仅可以改善患者的神经功能,控制患者的血浆Hcy水平,还能够改善患者的血脂指标,提升其生存质量,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of simvastatin in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:Eighty-four patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n= 42)received oral aspirin injection.The study group(n=42)Simvastatin treatment,observation and comparison of two groups of patients with clinical efficacy,plasma Hcy levels,neurological function,blood lipid indicators and quality of life scores.Result:Before treatment,the levels of plasma Hcy and neurological scores,the levels of serum lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C,High-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C))and quality of life scores no significant difference,P>0.05.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.23%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(80.95%,P <0.05).The neurological function and plasma Hcy levels and quality of life scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group.The indicators of TG,TC,LDL-C index has significantly improved,compared with the control group has significant advantages,P <0.05,HDL-C indicators did not improve significantly(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis with simvastatin can not only improve the neurological function of patients,control the level of plasma Hcy in patients,but also can improve the patients’ serum lipids,improve their quality of life,and have a significant therapeutic effect and high clinical value.
