血清胱抑素C、肌酐和尿素测定在肾损伤诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨在肾损伤诊断中,血清胱抑素(CysC)、肌酐(Scr)以及尿素(Urea)的应用效果。方法:自我院接诊肾损伤患者中选取124例与健康人群40例,对入组对象行静脉血抽取,以免疫乳胶比浊法测定CysC,酶法测定Scr,尿素酶法测定Urea,观测结果与阳性率。结果:肾病A、B、C、D组CysC、Scr、Urea测定结果均显著高于对照组,且D组CysC、Scr、Urea测定结果均最高,其次为C组、B组、A组(P<0.05);CysC+Scr+Urea测定阳性率为83.06%,显著高于CysC、Scr、Urea单一阳性率(P<0.05)。结论:在肾损伤诊断中,CysC、Scr、Urea联合测定,更利于阳性率的提高。
