摘要
目的:为了解丽江市住院分娩新生儿中出生缺陷的发生情况,探讨引起出缺陷的相关因素。方法:利用监测资料对2007年10月-2013年9月在丽江市各级妇幼保健院及医院住院分娩的新生儿出生缺陷进行分析。结果:在2007年10月-2013年9月丽江市共监测到出生新生儿66136例,发现出生缺陷儿456例,出生缺陷发现率为6.88‰,出生缺陷的新生儿在不同性别、产母年龄、各区县、城乡分布之间有差异(P<0.05)。结论:选择合适的受孕年龄,定期的围产保健检查是降低出生缺陷儿发生的关键。
Objective:To understand the prevalence rate of birth defects in hospital and explore the influencing factors.Methods:To analyze situation of the birth defects in different levels of maternal and child health care and hospital from January 2008 to September 2013,according the data of surveillance in Lijiang city.Result:66136neonatal birth were born in lijianghospital during Junuary,2008-September,2013 and 456cases with birth defects among them.The prevalence of birth defects was 6.88 per thousand.The difference of prevalence rate by genders,maternal ages,levels of districts,urban and rural region was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Choosing the right conception of age and among health checks on a regular basiswere very important to reducing birth defects.
