摘要
目的:分析家属参与式护理干预在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法:将130例消化性溃疡患者随机均分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者实施临床常规护理干预,研究组患者实施家属参与式护理干预,对比两组患者情况。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率及护理总满意率均高于对照组,护理干预后研究组患者生活质量优于对照组,p<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:家属参与式护理干预在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果极好,可推广应用。
Objective:Analysis of family members of the participatory application effect of nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:All 130 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into research group and the control group,control group,routine clinical nursing intervention for patients with team to implement participating family nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients.Result:Group total effective treatment and nursing in patients with total satisfaction rate were higher than the control group,after the nursing intervention group patients quality of life is better than that of control group,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Family members,the application of participatory nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer effect very good,can be applied.
