摘要
目的:探究精神分裂症患者应用心理疏导和精神护理的疗效并分析。方法:抽取2014年12月-2015年12月在我院就诊的80例精神分裂症患者进行临床研究,根据数字随机法将患者分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均接受常规精神科护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受心理疏导和精神护理,观察比对两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:经护理后,观察组组患者的满意度为95.0%,对照组患者满意度为85.0%,观察组患者显著高于对照组(p<0.05);经护理后,两组患者BdSS和BprS评分均得到不同程度改善。结论:心理疏导和精神护理可有效促进精神分裂症患者康复,提高社会功能和患者满意度,可在临床中加以推广。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and analysis of psychological counseling and mental nursing for patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Selected December 2014- 2015 in December in our hospital 80 cases of schizophrenia patients in clinical study,according to the method of random number will patients were divided into observation group and control group,all patients underwent routine psychiatric nursing,observation group patients based on accepted psychological counseling and mental nursing and compare the effect of clinical nursing care of patients in the two groups.Result:After nursing,observation group patients satisfaction was 95.0%,the control group of patients satisfaction was 85.0%,observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,two groups of patients BDSS and BPRS scores were different degree improvement.Conclusion:Psychological counseling and mental nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia,improve social function and patient satisfaction,can be popularized in clinical practice
