团体辅导对自闭症儿童家长心理健康的影响

摘要 目的:探析团体辅导对自闭儿童家长心理健康的影响。方法:选取2014年2月至2015年3月30例自闭儿童家长作为实验组,进行团体辅导干预,另选30例自闭儿童家长作为对照组,不进行干预。对两组家长进行焦虑、抑郁、社会支持水平进行测量。结果:两组家长干预前几项数据差异无统计学意义,实验组团体辅导后,与辅导前比较数据差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对自闭症儿童家长进行团体辅导,有利于改善家长心理状况,提高社会支持度。
