摘要
目的:应用循证护理方法,分析眩晕患者跌倒的原因,探讨预防眩晕患者跌倒的方法,加强护理防护。方法:对2014年10月~2015年10月普内科入院眩晕患者120例,运用循证护理方法,提出问题,收集并列出证据,结合临床实际,评估跌倒危险性,加强护理防护,制定预防跌倒的护理措施。结果:提高患者自我防护意识,所有患者住院期间无一例意外跌倒。结论:应用循证护理,加强护理防护,能有效防止眩晕患者跌倒的发生。
Objective:To analyze the causes of falls in patients with vertigo and to explore the method of preventing the falls in patients with vertigo,and to strengthen the nursing care.Methods:120cases of patients with vertigo in October^2015in March 2015,the use of evidence-based nursing method,the problem,collect and list the evidence,combined with clinical practice,to assess the risk of falls,strengthen nursing protection,prevention and treatment of falls.Result:To improve the awareness of self-protection,all patients had no accident during hospitalization.Conclusion:Application of evidence-based nursing,strengthen nursing protection,can effectively prevent the occurrence of vertigo in patients with falls.
