摘要
目的:了解医生及医学生医患沟通意识,发现医患沟通课程在医学生教育中的不足,为未来培养德术双馨的医学人才,并为缓解当前紧张的医患关系找寻办法。方法:整群抽取法选取130名山西医科大学在校生及246名山西省内三所三甲医院的医务人员,采取调查问卷的形式,调查医患沟通方面的问题。结果:大部分医务人员及医学生已经意识到医患沟通的重要性,但在临床过程中仍不重视沟通技巧的应用,对患者人文关怀缺失。结论:在医学生的教育过程中,应该强化医患沟通课程的重要性,培养医学生们医患沟通意识和能力,从而在未来的临床工作中建立和谐的医患关系,逐渐改善目前的医患关系现状。
Objective:To survey the doctor’s and medical students’ consciousness of doctor-patient communication,and find the deficiency of doctor-patient communication course in medical students education.Explore the solution to train the better medical students,and to ease the current tense physician-patient relationship.Methods:Select 130 the students of Shanxi Medical University and 246 medical workers in 3hospitals in Shanxi Province and investigate their consciousness of doctor-patient communication through questionnaire.Result:Most of the medical staff and medical students have realized the importance of doctor-patient communication,but still don’t pay attention to communication skills in the process of clinical application and humanistic care to patients.Conclusion:Doctor-patient communication curriculum should be strengthened in the educational process,so as to train the medical students’ doctor-patient communication awareness and ability,and establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in future clinical work,and gradually improve the current doctor-patient relationship status quo.
