摘要
目的:探讨电针对老年抑郁症伴认知功能损害的疗效。方法:选取我院2017年2月到2018年4月间收治的老年抑郁症患者84例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其平均分为药物组和电针组,每组各42例。药物组给予口服度洛西汀治疗,电针组在此基础上加电针治疗,于8周疗程结束后评价总体疗效,同时对两组患者治疗前后的抑郁症状、认知功能、睡眠质量以及生活质量进行比较。结果:两组的治疗总有效率(92.86%、83.33%)不具有显著差异;治疗后,电针组患者的长时记忆、短时记忆以及瞬时记忆、记忆商数均显著高于药物组(t=4.646,6.659,2.139,11.332;P<0.05),HAMD和PSQI评分(t=-7.727,-4.962;P<0.01),MMSE评分和SF-36各因子评分(生理功能、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、总体健康)均显著高于对照组(t=6.047,16.382,15.600,15.164,15.091,6.617;P<0.01)。结论:电针可显著改善老年抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,在有效恢复其认知功能损害和改善睡眠质量的基础上,提高患者的综合生存质量,疗效肯定。
Objective:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on the efficacy of cognitive impairment in elderly patients with depression.Methods:Eighty-four elderly patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects,They were divided into a drug group and an electroacupuncture group by random number method,with 42 cases in each group.The drug group was given oral duloxetine treatment,and the electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture on this basis.The overall efficacy was evaluated at the end of the 8-week course of treatment,and depressive symptoms,cognitive function,sleep quality,and quality of life were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was not significantly different between two groups.After treatment,long-term memory,short-term memory,transient memory,and memory quotient were significantly higher in the electroacupuncture group than that in the drug group(t=4.646,6.659,2.139,11.332;P<0.05),HAMD and PSQI scores were significantly lower than that in the drug group(t=-7.727,-4.962;P<0.01),The MMSE scores and SF-36 factors(physiological function,mental health,emotional function,social function,overall health)were significantly higher than that in the drug group(t=6.047,16.382,15.600,15.164,15.091,6.617;P<0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture can significantly improve the depressive symptoms of elderly patients with depression.On the basis of effectively restoring its cognitive impairment and improving sleep quality,the overall quality of life of patients is improved,and the curative effect is certain.
