摘要
目的:了解冠脉支架植入患者的心理弹性与生活质量状况,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法:选取2018年3-6月在西安市某三级甲等医院行冠脉支架植入术的患者,于患者术后第2天采用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和36条目健康调查简表(SF-36)对其进行问卷调查及相关分析。结果:冠脉支架植入患者的心理弹性与生活质量得分分别为(61.84±10.23)、(59.66±6.32)分,心理弹性总分及其坚韧、自强、乐观3个维度与生活质量总分及生理功能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、精神健康5个维度呈显著正相关,心理弹性总分及坚韧维度与生活质量的情感功能维度呈显著正相关(r=0.113～0.375,P<0.01);心理弹性的自强维度与生活质量的情感功能维度呈显著正相关(r=0.101,P<0.05)。结论:冠脉支架植入患者的心理弹性与生活质量均处于中等水平,心理弹性与其生活质量存在正相关,提升患者的心理弹性可促使其生活质量的改善。
Objective:To understand the resilience and quality of life of patients with coronary artery stent implantation,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:Patients who underwent coronary artery stent implantation in a grade three hospital in Xi’an from March 2018 to June 2018 were selected.On the second day after the operation,The general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)were used to assess the patients.Results:The resilience score and quality of life were(61.84 ± 10.23)and(59.66 ± 6.32)respectively.The resilience score,tenacity,self-improvement,optimism and quality of life score,physiological function,general health,vitality,social function,mental health and resilience score,tenacity and emotional function were positively related and statistically significant(r=0.113~0.375,P<0.01);Self-improvement was positively correlated with emotional function and the difference was statistically significant(r=0.101,P<0.05).Conclusion:Resilience and quality of life of coronary artery stent implantation patients are at medium level.There is a positive correlation between resilience and quality of life,and improving resilience of patients can promote the improvement of their quality of life.
