摘要
大田条件下 ,研究了氮磷钾肥施用量对优质中筋小麦扬麦 10号和优质弱筋小麦宁麦 9号籽粒产量与品质性状、旗叶光合特性及植株氮素积累与分配的影响。结果表明 ,扬麦 10号以中氮 (2 2 5kg·hm-2 )或高氮 (337 5kg·hm-2 )高磷 (15 0kg·hm-2 )高钾 (15 0kg·hm-2 )和中氮高磷低钾 (30kg·hm-2 )处理籽粒产量最高 ,其籽粒蛋白质含量亦较高。宁麦 9号亦以上述 3处理产量最高 ,以中氮或高氮高磷高钾两个处理籽粒蛋白质含量较低 ;宁麦 9号籽粒蛋白质含量以低氮 (112 5kg·hm-2 )高磷高钾和中氮低磷 (30kg·hm-2 )高钾处理最低 ,其产量也最低。两品种籽粒产量与开花期旗叶光合参数、叶面积指数 (LAI)显著相关 ;宁麦 9号开花期叶片全氮含量及开花至成熟期叶片全氮含量差与籽粒蛋白质呈二次曲线关系。
Field experiment was conducted to study effects of different nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer application levels on yield and quality of grains,photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaves,and nitrogen accumulation and distribution in plant in two specialty wheat varieties: mid gluten Yangmai 10 and weak gluten Ningmai 9 Grain yields and protein contents of Yangmai 10 were high under the treatments of moderate(225 kg·hm -2 ) or high nitrogen(337 5 kg·hm -2 )with high phosphorus (150 kg· hm -2 )and potassium(150 kg·hm -2 ),and under the treatment of moderate nitrogen with high phosphorus and low potassium(30 kg·hm -2 ).Yields of Ningmai 9 with the above treatments were also high,but grain protein contents were low with the treatments of moderate or high nitrogen with high phosphorus and potassium.Grain protein contents and yields of Ningmai 9 were lowest in the treatments of low nitrogen(30 kg·hm -2 )and high potassium.Grain yield remarkably related to photosynthetic parameters of flag leaf and LAI at anthesis.Leaf nitrogen content at anthesis and the difference of nitrogen content between anthesis and maturity of Ningmai 9 showed conic relation to grain protein content
