在2015年获得赞扬无数的影片《卡罗尔》,改编自美国犯罪小说家派翠西亚·海史密斯在1952年匿名出版的小说《盐的代价》。导演托德·海因斯在影片中通过精致的画面贴近原著的层层展现这段禁忌爱情的喜与悲,让观影人不禁深陷其中,同时也对原著做了不少改编。本文从影片细节、人物变化、情节删减、主题表达等方面来分析电影的改编与原著的差异。
