摘要
目的 :探讨再次异位妊娠的发病原因、临床表现及治疗原则 .方法 :通过回顾性分析 10a来 80例再次异位妊娠病例 ,找出发病的相关因素 ,总结处理方法 .结果 :炎症为再次异位妊娠的主要病因 ,其次为手术引发粘连所致 .临床症状、体征、治疗原则与异位妊娠相似 .结论 :熟悉该病的发病机理 ,早期诊断 ,正确治疗 ,减少误诊发生 .
Objection: To investigate the causes, clinical manifestation and treatment of ectopic re-pregnancy. Methods: Based on the study of 80 cases of ectopic re-pregnancy occurred in last 10 years, to find out the factors related to the illness, and to sum up the therapeutic ways. Results: Inflammation plays the most important role in the reasons that give rise to ectopic re-pregnancy, followed by stickiness resulted from operation. The clinical symptoms, vital signs, and the treatments are similar to ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion: Being familiar with the causes, diagnosis as early as possible, proper treatment and minimized wrong diagnosis.
