摘要
党员毕业生作为高校毕业生和党员队伍中的特殊群体,在日趋严峻的大学生就业工作中有着不可替代的重要作用。本文详细分析了当前党员毕业生群体的优势和不足,结合学院2016-2018届党员毕业生的毕业去向和所在单位的反馈研究,就如何发挥党员毕业生在就业工作中的引领作用提出了四点建议:创新党员思想引领机制,使就业指导思想深入人心;完善党员毕业生发展机制,树立党员就业典范;优化就业指导课程,促进就业指导课科学化和专家化;强化党员毕业生工作机制,促进党建和就业工作达到双赢。
As a special group of graduates and Communist Party of China,Party graduates in universities play an irreplaceable role in increasingly severe undergraduates’employment.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the group in universities,considering the destinations of undergraduates of 2016-2018,and feedback from their work units,puts forward a four-point proposal on how Party graduates in universities play a leading role in undergraduates’employment:create guidance innovation mechanisms of Party graduates in universities to make the employment guiding ideology deeply rooted in the hearts of undergraduates;improve the development mechanism of Party graduates in universities to set up an example for employment;optimize career guidance curriculum to promote the course scientific and expert;strengthen undergraduates working mechanism of Party graduates in universities to promote party building and employment to achieve a win-win situation.
