摘要
大学生到农村就业对于推动乡村振兴战略,促进农业强、增强农村美、实现农民富具有重要意义。当前,大学生农村就业面临着政府政策保障不健全、高校支持措施不到位、大学生自身准备不足等问题。乡村振兴战略背景下促进大学生农村就业,要从政府健全大学生农村就业的保障体系、高校构建大学生农村就业的支持体系、大学生提升服务乡村振兴的综合实力等方面下功夫,探索大学生农村就业长效机制,为乡村建设与发展提供智慧和力量。
Employment of college students in rural areas is of great significance for promoting the strategy of rural revitalization, strengthening agriculture, enhancing rural beauty and realizing the prosperity of farmers. At present, the employment of college students in rural areas is facing the problems of imperfect government policies, inadequate support measures for colleges and universities, and inadequate preparation for college students themselves. In order to promote rural employment of College Students under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization, efforts should be made to improve the government’s guarantee system for rural employment of College students, to construct the support system for rural employment of College students, and to enhance the comprehensive strength of college students in serving rural revitalization, so as to explore a long-term mechanism for rural employment of college students and to promote rural construction and development. The exhibition provides wisdom and strength.
