摘要
本文针对当下大学生职业发展教育中存在"职业发展自主意识淡薄、就业能力不足、职业发展后劲不强"等普遍问题,以浙江师范大学创建的"三维"教学体系、"四式"教育方法,以及"五合"教育资源为例,探讨大学生职业发展体系的构建。本文认为,该模式有效解决大学生职业发展教育中课堂教学的实践性、教育方法的科学性和教育资源的联动性问题,促进学生态度、观念的转变和技能的提升。
Considering common problems like 'lacking independent awareness of professional development, deficiency of employability, and being short of capacity for sustainable career development' during the process of career development education for undergraduates, the author conducts practice research on the establishment of this system, taking 'Three-Dimensions(Teaching System) · Four-Types(Teaching Methods) · Five-Combinations(Teaching Resource)' Career Education System of Zhejiang Normal University as an example. This system can provide an effective solution to the problem of interaction of practical teaching, scientifi c methods as well as teaching resources, so as to promote the shift of undergraduates' attitudes and values and also enhance their skills.
