摘要
大型开放式网络课程(MOOC,慕课)作为信息化时代新的教育模式,为高校就业指导带来了机遇和挑战。本文对MOOC与就业指导融合进行"SWOT"分析。研究发现:在MOOC视阈下,创新就业指导模式重在推进教学内容、教学模式、教学评价竞争机制、学生学习习惯的"四个改变"。这样通过充分激发学生学习兴趣及提高就业指导教师教学水平,不断提升就业指导育人的科学性及实效性,进而促进毕业生充分、高质量、高满意度就业。
MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) as a new information technology education model brought both opportunities and challenges for academic career guida-nce. This paper fused the MOOC and employment guidance conducting the 'SWOT' analysis, and proposed that innovative employment guidance mode under the MOO-C Vision focuse on promoting the teaching content, teaching mode, teaching evaluatio-n mechanism of competition, and the students study habit as 'four changes'. By fully stimulating the students' interest in learning and improving the career guidance teach-ers' teaching standards, we could improve scientifi c education and effectiveness of employment guidance, thus contributing to the full, high-quality, high job satisfaction for graduates.
