摘要
研究我国大学生就业机制变革的过程和特征,根据就业市场化的逻辑和相关主体的关系,构建出理想状态下的"不倒翁"模型。当前大学生就业出现人才供需非对称、人才匹配不顺畅、人才流动受限制、人才容量被挤压等困境,可以从人才培育、人才配置、政府调控和外部冲击四方面解释其成因,并提出解决对策。
Researching the reform process and the characteristics of college students' employment mechanism in our country, we can construct an ideal model named the tumbler model which is based on the logic of employment market and the relationship of related bodies. Nowadays, college students' employment market is confronted with several predicaments, that is the asymmetry between talent supply and market demand, the inefficiency of job-matching process, the restriction of talent mobility and the contraction of talent capacity. The causes of these problems can be explained in four aspects:talent cultivation, talent allocation, government regulation and exogenous shocks. Finally, some countermeasures are provided to help ifnd ways out of the predicaments.
