摘要
英国高校对提高大学生可雇佣性的研究和开发实践走在世界的前列,英国高校采取将可雇佣性嵌入专业课程、加强校企合作、完善就业指导体系、完善学生评价体系等主要措施,促进了学生的充分就业。通过分析英国高校提高大学生可雇佣性较为成熟和完善的经验和方法,以期对我国大学生可雇佣性的提高提供借鉴。
Studies on employability in the UK take its place in the front ranks of the world. Colleges in UK attach much importance measures to promote the employability of graduates by embedding employability in curriculum, strengthening cooperation between school and enterprise, improving Student Employment Guidance System, students’ evaluation system and so on. This paper attempts to analyze theses measures and experiences to provide useful references and inspirations for enhancement of graduate employability in our country.
