摘要
介绍了配电变压器抽样检验(简称抽检)基本理论,并详细阐述了辽宁电网配电变压器质量抽检工作的运行模式和基本流程,分析了配电变压器质量抽检中发现的常见问题和典型案例,在此基础上提出了加强质量监督工作的合理化建议。
This paper introduces the basic theory of sampling inspection for distribution transformer,and detailedly elaborates the operation mode and the basic flow of quality spot-checking work in Liaoning power netowrk. The common problems and typical cases which found in quality spot-checking of distribution transformer are analyzed,reasonable suggestions to strengthen quality spot-checking work are put forward.
