摘要
近年来,随着独立学院的不断发展,我国独立学院毕业生成为了高校毕业生中重要组成部分。在全国大学生就业困难日益突出的大形势下,独立学院毕业生就业问题显得更为严峻,由此也必然引发社会对独立学院未来的发展提出了挑战。尤其是全球金融危机的影响,我国实体经济受到较大的冲击,大量中小企业破产倒闭,大学生就业市场受到严重影响。文章以金融风暴为背景,分析目前我国独立学院毕业生的就业困境,重点提出独立学院毕业生就业工作的对策。
With the rapid development of the independent colleges in recent years,the graduates from these colleges have become an important part of Chinese college graduates.The context in which college graduates find it very hard to get employed brings great challenge to the graduates from the independent colleges,as a result,the future development of the independent colleges is confronted with great suspicion.The global financial crisis has brought great impact to Chinese economic entities,among which a number of medium and small-sized enterprises have been shut down,accordingly,the job market for college gradu-ates has been affected to a large extent.This paper,with the current financial crisis as its background,at-tempts to analyze the hardship the Chinese independent college graduates are encountering and offers them the countermeasures to handle the issue.
